Property Review & Insurance Coordination
Kubera Global Capital will commission a BPO or appraisal, issue the title request, and solicit a quote for property and liability insurance
We’ll handle all third-party orders:
- Appraisal (you pre-authorize payment)
- Title search and insurance coordination
- Property Insurance quotes
Required Insurance Coverage:
Full replacement coverage + $500,000 liability.
Builder’s risk insurance required for renovation projects.
Final Underwriting & Docs
Kubera Global Capital will evaluate the title commitment and appraisal, finalize the underwriting process, and prepare the loan documents to be executed at closing.
Once appraisal and title are in:
- Final risk review and loan approval
- Legal docs sent for your signature
Closing & Funding
Kubera Global Capital will finalize the loan and disburse the funds. On average, we complete the closing process within 5 to 10 days, subject to title verification.
We coordinate everything with the title company.
